Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs or peak seasons.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take 24 to 72 hours to update after shipment.
Multiple items
Items in one order may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages at different times.
Customs, duties and taxes
If any import duties or taxes apply to your order, they are the customer's responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us right away if you need to correct an address.
Lost or damaged packages
